Where should we add the registry key: AllowBetaAgentAccess (DWORD)=1. There is a lot of keys for Veeam Cloud Connect services and applications

Jörgen,
Yes. We send invites in portions to ensure that beta testing goes smoothly from support perspective. Direct download becomes available later.

Hi,
In the Beta announcement post it says:
I added it to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veeam\Veeam Backup and Replication on our CloudConnect server, but I get the following error on the client:
Are there any logfiles generated on the client-side?

Re: Cloud Connect - AllowBetaAgentAccess
Hi knutho,
It’s impossible to setup backup job to Cloud Connect without this rekey, so the error is not related. Please open a support case and share the case ID.

Re: Cloud Connect - AllowBetaAgentAccess
I uninstalled RMM-agent(Labtech) and rebooted. It solved the error. Backup now runs smoothly to our CloudConenct server.

Aha. LabTech plugin does not work with VAW 2.0, that’s true. Thank you for the heads up!

[MERGED] Veeam Windows Agent to Cloud Connect
Hi
I am trying to send the backup to Cloud Connect but have this error
Unable to modify backup job.
Failed to save the cloud repository.
Your service provider does not accept backups from this version of Veeam Agent for Windows.
It is a Cloud Connect server that we run. What do i need to add to our license please?
Thanks
Dave

Dave,
If I read correctly, you are testing a VAW and sending it to your cloud connect server. In that case, did you do this on your CC server?
"Add the following registry value on Veeam Cloud Connect 9.5 Update 1 server to enable VAW support: AllowBetaAgentAccess (DWORD) = 1"
(I can't connect to the documentation at this moment but it is in there somewhere... Sorry)
Thanks
Mike
