Failback, need help!

I had a production file server lose a volume. We replicate so I used Veeam to perform a Replica Failover which worked perfect, thank you Veeam
My original VM is called FServer1 and it is now powered off
My replica VM is called FServer1_Replica and is now powered on and working fine

I want to power on FServer1, reformat the bad volume which will make it show as the E: volume on this server, and then failback. If I just power on FServer1 it will have the same IP address as FServer1_Replica.
Do I just edit FServer1 and uncheck the connect at power on for the nic so I will not have an IP conflict?
Doesn't FServer1 need to be running and connected to the network before I perform a failback?

I will answer my own question
FServer1 is off
Edit settings, uncheck connect at power on checkbox
Start up FServer1
Format the volume and give it the drive letter E:
Down the VM
Edit settings and check the box to connect nic at power on
Do Veeam Failback

It is working on the Failback right now, lots of data to copy
