Hi all,
we often have the problem that started file-restors hanging because some errors, i search now a way to find and terminate this. for this i have 2 questions:
* can i read out the log from a restoresession (like in the backupenterprisemanager -> http://pubs.hostfactory.ch/636223351273920233.jpeg ) ?
* can i terminate this running restore-session over api?
For some inputs I would be very glad
Thanks,
Phil

Re: find and close hanging restoresessions
Have you tried to query /restoresessions/ resource, using type (FileLevelRestore) and Result (Failed) as filters? Thanks.

Re: find and close hanging restoresessions
thanks for your response.
thats not the problem, i see the running task over the api (http://pubs.hostfactory.ch/636226895836262440.jpeg -> with the state "Working"), but this running has outputed an error (see http://pubs.hostfactory.ch/636223351273920233.jpeg), and now the task hanging (can't get the error over the api and can't close the restore). i need manually kill it over the veeam-console.
best regards
phil

Re: find and close hanging restoresessions
Hmm, may be in this case a running state, zero progress and time during which session has been open can be definitive factors, using which you find hanging sessions? I don't think that there are options besides mentioned ones. Thanks.
