Feature request: Bandwidth throttling at client side

Would like to see bandwidth throttling being processed at the client side instead of server side, two reasons for this.

If the client needs to slow down the transfer temporarily or permanently they can do it from their side without contacting the cloud connect provider.

Also when we enabled throttling on the VBR server below the max upload internet speed that is at the VEB location the transfer jumps up the max throttling speed and then back down to almost zero and back up to throttling limit back down to zero,etc.

Would like to see throttling on the sub tenats independent from the main tenant as well but different forum...
