Could you check what part of the backup session took the most time please? Just double-click the job and sinlge-click one the VM name in the most left column.

4MB/s
It seems that for some reason a full scan has been performed. Also is 4MB/s your average backup speed? Could you please provide bottleneck stats for that session?

Thank you

But what about amount of read and processed data? Was it more like a full scan again? If so, and you could not find out the reason for such behaviour yourself, kindly, open a ticket with our support team. Thanks.

Please, post its number here, once it's opened. By the way, isn't there either a CBT reset happening or pre-defined activity taking place inside VM that might result in numerous changed blocks, such as antivirus, defragmentation, garbage collection, etc. ? Thanks.

Got it, let's wait and see what support team say, once logs are investigated.
