Possible to see contents of incrememental backup?

Post by dreamteam »

First of all - thanks for a great product!

Is it possible to see the contents of an incremental backup: which files are new/changed/removed?

I'm using Veeam Endpoint Backup Free v1.5.0.306.

Thanks!

Hi,

There is no way to get a list of changes that have been made during incremental run, as any process such as file location change or defragmentation causes data block modifications on the file system.
What's the use case of reviewing incremental backup contents?

Please review existing topic about Backup content.

Thanks!

Thanks for your reply, and sorry for not having searched the forum thoroughly enough!

The use case is simply curiosity - sometimes it would just be very interesting to know. :)

Thanks again for a great product!
