Enhancement Request - adhoc backups

I would like to make is easier to do an adhoc backup. Right now if I need a one off backup of a machine that is not backed up, I have to create a job, etc. etc. I like the quick backup option, but it only works for machines that are already backed up. it would be nice to be able to just do a quick (full) backup with one click.

Also i would like to be able to do an adhoc copy of a single VM from a backup job to another site (e.g. AWS tape for long term archive). The business case is that we will have a VM often before major upgrade that we need to keep a copy of longer than our normal retention time. Currently, I have to create a special backup job to do this. It would be nice to just copy that machine from the existing backup to the long term archive repository.

What about using VeeamZIP? This does quick full backup with one click, just as you want
