our customer runs the newest version of this software on a server 2008r2 - we are testing this software yet and have no personal xp with it.
we see that many mailboxes are not fully backuped, in several mailboxes are a lot of elements missing, mostly contacts.
any idea what i can do?

So, if I understand correctly, you are protecting a number of mailboxes running in O365 but when you use the Veeam Explorer to restore contacts, some or all contacts are missing?
Is that correct?
What is your retention range?
