Hi Erik, yes, it's possible, to do this you have to add <In Place Archive - User Name> mailbox into the job.

ah, all right.
In the version that I have, it's not visible.
Tried to google that, but found only the exact same answer in this forum.
Tried to find it in the docu... nope.
sorry for giving up. I'll use outlook.

Erik,

So you can't see the <in place archive - user name> in your selection list? If you still have it installed, maybe you can contact support?

What version do you have running? Is it the GA version of Update 1? (https://www.veeam.com/kb2224)

PS: I'm not sure if I understand "I'll use Outlook". Can you explain?

Thanks
Mike

@1: correct. I cannot see something like that
@2: 912
@3: I will use Outlook to backup the content of the online-archive

But I have to say that I neither have time for troubleshooting, nor am I very motivated to do that. I expected this to work, it doesn't in my case.
Therefore I cancel continuing working with that tool.
Sorry. But thx for your help.

Sorry to hear that it doesn't work as you expected. Hopefully we can still change your mind in the future ;-)

Cheers
