Replicating Exchange server DAG to another DC using Veeam ?

After reading this article https://powerwindows.wordpress.com/2013 ... ty-groups/ by Brian Posey, one of the Exchange server MVP, I wonder if Veeam does have some best practice or document which can assist in replicating the Exchange Server 2013/2016 to standby Data center ?

My colleague suggest to use the native VMware VM replication in vSphere 6.0 or Site Recovery Manager while my backup server is already running Veeam Backup 9.5 Enterprise license.
