Hi BSR,

I'm not sure exactly what your question is - but if you mean, do we monitor services (process daemons) in the ESX server, then no - we do not monitor them directly.
All critical functions are monitored remotely through the VMware API - there are many events, some related to processes, such as the HA Agent. If a critical process stops, our Collector will receive an event, and you will see an alert in SCOM.

If you want to see a complete list of what we monitor - please see the nworks documentation at http://www.veeam.com/vmware-microsoft-e ... fragment-4. In the 'MP SCOM Reference' is a full list of all nworks Rules and Monitors.

Hope that answers your question, if not let us know!

Thanks,
Alec
