Can you tell me if Windows 10 is correctly supported ? I have found this link https://www.veeam.com/kb1855 but it's look like an old version.
Do I need to use the AAIP for Windows 10 ? This is just simple VM with simple services running on it, with no SQL, no Exchange on it.
PS C:\Windows\system32> Get-VM | ft Name, IntegrationServicesVersion
Name IntegrationServicesVersion
---- --------------------------
SRVSMS-01 10.0.10011.16384
SRVWEBAPP-02 10.0.14393
In the Event Viewer log of the Hyper-V server, I have found this :
Hyper-V Volume Shadow Copy Requestor failed to connect to virtual machine 'SRVSMS-01' because the version does not match the version expected by Hyper-V (Virtual machine ID 95235C40-4F96-4053-83F4-343436FF5F3F). Framework version: Negotiated (0.0) - Expected (3.0); Message version: Negotiated (0.0) - Expected (5.0). To fix this problem, you must upgrade the integration services. To upgrade, connect to the virtual machine and select Insert Integration Services Setup Disk from the Action menu.
I didn't have contacted the support team because we are running a trial edition for the moment. We are going to buy the Veeam Backup Essentials at the end of the trial
