Long Retention Monthly than Quarterly

I have a requirement.

How do I configure a backup job to run monthly for 12mos. Than go to quarterly for 5 years?

Can I do this in one job or would I just have to setup a monthly chain and a quarterly chain?

When dealing w/ long retention periods and infrequent backups (monthly,.quarterly) is incremental better than reverse?

you can have monthly and quarterly in just one job.

Hi Scott, for GFS-type retention you should use backup copy jobs mentioned by Patrick. For regular backup jobs this type of retention is not currently available.
