CBT and server 2016 hyper-v

HI there,

My understanding is that based on what I have seen with server 2016, it uses RCT and no longer CBT, are we saying that for VM's I am backing up running hardware v 8.0 and also sitting on server 2016 hyper-v I should disable the CBT function in the job?

Hi Jaques,

There is no need to turn off CBT function, new mechanisms such as RCT will be utilized automatically If your setup meets all requirements.
Please review requirements\limitations in our UG.
