Problems installing Backup on Win10 machines

Installing Veeam Backup and Replication Free Edition problems
On my first Win10 machine the System Configuration check
failed two of three
PowerShell was ok
The CLR and Management Objects for SQL Server 2014 both failed.
Clicking Install and Re-run did not change the situation

On the second Win10 machine I tried the install and two of three were ok.
The Management Objects failed.

It seems I can install these items manually.

Question: How do I install CLR and Management Objects for SQL Server 2014 manually?

I found a Server something VM that had Backup version 8 on it so I uninstalled version 8 and 9.5 installed nicely.

Does Backup install on a Windows 10 machine?

Hi Archie,

Yes, you can install Veeam B&R to the Windows 10 machine. See our release notes document for the supported list of operating systems.

You can try to install CLR components manually either by browsing the ISO image or downloading the package from Microsoft website.
