Target Disk Full

If a replication fails due to there by insufficient space on the target storage do you have to do a full resync after increasing the storage size or will Veeam work from the incremental?

Veeam should work from incremental, unless the issue caused corruption to replica VMDK file (which it should not, under normal circumstances).
