hi everyone
we have a standalone Veeam server that we took some VBK File on a external hard drive. the files has been deleted and we recovered from that hard and now we can not restore the vm due to this error.
Dir failed, storageFileName '...' unknown veeamfs version: -1545648870
Storage directory corrupted, has invalid structure or unsupported version.Storage name: ....vbk,
Cannot open the storage in the tools mode.Storage:....vbk
unknown veeamfs version: -1545648870
this is the only version of VM backup that i have, and theres no access to prev veeam server at all.
any ideas?

Re: Restore a VM from a recovered VBK File
Hi Arash and welcome to the community.
Please include support case number as required by the forums rules when asking error-related questions.
My guess is the file was corrupted due to the storage issue, but deeper investigation with support is needed.
Thanks!

Some storage-related corruptions affect only a single file. Let`s see what support team can find out from the logs. Thanks!
