Hi,
I have a 14TB File server, that his been running for about 16 hours now, with only 26% through (3.7 TB). Speeds are ranging from 17mbps to 284mpbs (very sporadic). I have backup and replication installed on my storage cisco box, with windows on it. The file server is a virtual box within VSphere. I have a virtual proxy server on the same host as the file server I am backing up. What am I doing wrong? Anything? This is the initial backup of the large file server.

Re: Long backup job
What about about full bottleneck statistics (the one with percent distribution that can be found in job session)?
