I'm pretty disappointed with replication performance so far. I have 2 proxies on each side and for our 8 crucial VMs it is taking 40-60 minutes. It doesn't appear to be network that is the bottleneck. Typically, it says that source is the bottleneck. I was hoping it would be close to RecoverPoint for replicating our EMC systems but it isn't even close. I'm currently using virtual appliance hot add mode on the proxy machines. I've noticed that sometimes that cleaning up the replicas on the DR side can take 20-25 minutes, which really slows down the replication job. I was hoping that I could get this down to 10 minutes for each replication job execution.

What are the full bottleneck stats and the processing speed for this job? If source is reported as bottleneck and you see hotadd being effectively utilized, it is worth trying another transport method.
