Veeam Agent for Windows is a powerfull tool.
Is it possible to use it to virtualize PCs (P2V)?
Can I backup a physical PC, create a VM (with VMware Workstation and/or VirtualBox) and restore the backup to the VM?
Are EFI and/or UEFI BIOS supported?
Regards

You can convert backups to VMDK and then import those. You can then create a VM and add those VMDK's. For more information have a look at our user guide.

You can do instant vm recovery to Hyper-V as well (not to VMware).

Yes. Restore as virtual disk is available in Veeam B&R Free edition and it works for backup files created in VAW FREE.
