Does VEEAM provide 'VEEAM management pack for VMWARE vRealize Operation Manager (vROPS) like it provides for microsoft system centre.

Are we talking about management pack for Veeam Backup and Replication? If so, then good news that you can monitor VBR with VMware tools, there is a content pack for VMware LogInsight

There is also a native management pack for integrating SCOM in vROPS, so with this correctly configured you could probably get any object's state including Hyper-V objects and VBR servers and objects
