Listing information about jobs and scheduling

I need to create a job to produce a list of existing backup jobs including, for each job:
- Job name
- Processed VMs
- Retention policy
- Backup mode
- Active full backup creation day
- Health check day
- Application-aware processing settings
- Day and time schedule
Is there any sample I can start from?
