Veeam initiated snapshots are taking 30 minutes to complete. Per VM in a job. My jobs are taking for ever and the backup windows are being blown out of the water.
However, if I initiate a manual snapshot of the same VM, it takes the standard several seconds.
Has anyone experienced this? What other tests could I run to start finding out why this occurring? Should I modify the job in anyway to test?
I do have an SR with Veeam and another one with VMware but so far it's like beating around the bush.

Could you provide more information about VMs you back up, do they generate lots of changes?
What are VBR and vSphere versions you use? If you have a support case number it will help as well. Thanks!
