Make VM backup priority in a job

Hi,
Is there any way to tell a job go and backup this VM first and then that one then that ..
I see it's not using the same up to down order and It's making me some problems because two jobs are backing up one VM and because one of them is slow, the vm is locked in the second job.
so I like the mentioned VM to be backed up first of all in the slow job

Seems I was wrong and the VM's are backed up from up to down.
