Are there any news about this case, we are tryng this solution and we had the same error in 5 mailbox. I also found a suggest to add the folowing line to the config.xml under C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup365. Did some one try it? Is there an official answer?

I just looked into the support call and there was indeed a solution for the above problem. However, if you have the same problem, please do log a support call also. The line you are showing there is indeed something that can fix the problem, but I would still like to see support look at those logs first so they can solve it and give you correct numbers to add to the config.xml file
