Many Retrys Backup DC

Hi together. I am using the new backup since a few days. It works so far, only the DC needs many retrys. Here is the error message :

I enabled app aware processing and indexing for this job. Is it a normal behaviour? Thx a lot

Any change this is a DC (non-windows server 2016) running on a Windows Server 2016 hypervisor?
