Backup error Support case ID 02320518

Post by si@eug.es »

Hello,

We have a Veeam installation on Hyper-V virtual machine. In it we have configured four jobs that attack four different machines. Three of the jobs go to a repository, the remaining job goes against a repository dinstinto. Repositories are shared network resources in Windows. Everything works perfectly, but the copy of a virtual machine of one of the jobs fails. This machine has two virtual disks.

We have tried to rescan the repository, rescan the host, create a new job just for that machine all without success. The error we receive is that one of the two discs is no longer accessible in the middle of the copy. It is not always the same. It may be that once it is the disc 1 and again the disc 2.

I leave the error message that we receive:

09/16/2017 5:50:50 PM :: Error: Incorrect function.
Failed to read data from the file [\\ \\ GLOBALROOT \ Device \ HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy107 \ MV \ PDI \ MVTERESA \ Virtual Hard Disks \ MVTERESA.vhdx].
Failed to upload disk
Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}.

Attached also a printout of the report.

This happened almost at the end of the process between 70 and 90% of the same.

Some idea ?

Thank you!
