Restoring backups created with pre-release versions of Veea

I had to restore my DC on a new computer. With Veeam Agent for Windwows I got the error:

Restoring backups created with pre-release versions of Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows is not supported

How can I restore this machine?

yes. I think V1 Beta or V1. BTW: this is a worst case, I had a backup but I and can't restore...

I know this is an old thread but I am having the same issue as well. I can't recall which version I was running and I need to restore the backup. Can anyone help out with an older installer?

There are older installer download files located over here. If you were using previous versions of the software, then our support team might help with this.

Thanks for those links but I suspect that I was running an older v1 version. Does anyone have an install of a v1 public beta?

What is the best way to reach out to support. I see in a lot of the other threads that they have just jumped in and PMed the person with the issue but I haven't seen any of that recently. I am going to PM Dima who appears to be the most common supplier of the Beta version and see how it goes
