[P2V] Fail to launch physical backup in vmware
I use veeam Agent for Windows to entire backup my physical PC,
then I use veeam extractor to turn the .vbk into .raw,
then use qemu-img to convert it into .vmdk.
After that, I use VMware Workstation 14 Player to launch it, but it will go to repair mode.
My OS is WIN7 64bits.
Is there anything that I miss to do?
P.S. Follow the above steps, WIN10 is fine to launch in VMware Workstation 14 Player.

Hello chenwu258,
Instead of using Extractor try to export vmdk virtual disk via Veeam B&R console (it does not require license, so you can use free edition).

I have tried, but after I finished the export disk wizard, it showed access denied.

Hi dodo,
Thanks for the screenshots. Please open a case related to Veeam B&R and share the case ID. We need to check your debug logs in order to understand the root cause.

Hi Dima,
Sorry, I can't clearly understand your instruction.
What you mean "open a case related to Veeam B&R and share the case ID" is post the case in forum under Veeam B&R topic or report the bug?
Where can I find the debug logs in my PC to help you?
Thanks

Dodo,
Unfortunately, I can help you with troubleshooting, so please open a support case. Either for Veeam Agent for Windows Control Panel > Support > Technical Support or thru Customer Support Portal. Thank you.
