Hi,

Ubuntu 17.10 support will be introduced in the upcoming VAL 2.0 version this year. For now please contact our support directly to obtain the fix.

Thanks

The same is on LinuxMint 18.3 (Ubuntu 16.04 based), so it's not an Ubuntu version.

Hi,

Kindly contact support to request the fix. Please also mind the following - since neither 4.13 is a default kernel of 16.04, nor Linux Mint is supported, the fix might not help in your case.

Thank you.

Thanks, but this issue doesn't bother me much. 4.13 - was a test feature, and on 4.11 everything works as expected.
Just pointing out that that looks more like kernel issue then OS itself.
