Looking to see which latest Cumulative Update for Exchange 2013 is supported by this update. Last I see in Update 2 is Exchange 16 CU 5 was supported but nothing about Exchange 2013. Current Cumulative update for Exchange 2013 is 19 released Dec 19, 2017, CU 18 was on Sept. 19, 2017.
I am currently on CU 16 and would like to upgrade as long as that won't break any backups or restore for Exchange.

Normally we don't conduct tests of cumulative updates, unless issues have been reported. Also there is a requirement that any 3-rd party software should have the latest updates and patches installed. As for Exchange 2013 CU18/19, we have not heard of any problems as of yet, however you can double-check with our support team directly.
