Mail item data export failed
Hi guys, I have about four customers that are getting this error on some mailboxes since a week
Processing mailbox xxx failed with error: Mail item data export failed. There is an error in XML document (1, 6007888).. Unexpected end of file has occurred. The following elements are not closed: m:Data, m:ExportItemsResponseMessage, m:ResponseMessages, m:ExportItemsResponse, s:Body, s:Envelope. Line 1, position 6007888.
Is this a know issue? Probably some Microsofts changes on backend?
I'm running VBO build 1.5.0.1309
Thanks for any advice,
Marco

Re: Mail item data export failed
I am not aware of any changes on MSFT backend (but then again, these mostly happen without anyone being notified...)

Re: Mail item data export failed
Hi guys, I solved the issue lowering the "number of threads" to 4 and setting max bandwidth usage to about 80% of the customer Internet line

Ciao,

Getting the same errors. Reducing threads and bandwidth tonight to see if that clears them up.
Did support provide clarification on why the increased threads causes these errors? Or if there is an alternative to reducing the threads?

As (some) additional info:
That error is normally related to network performance.
Not much but hope it helps
