Attempt to create new publication message has failed. Catalog root folder is "T:\VBRCatalog". Failed to create folder 'T:\VBRCatalog\Publications\Upload'. Could not find a part of the path 'T:\VBRCatalog\Publications\Upload'.
T: is a repository which is offline. The backup jobs in question are actually configured to target a different repository. In case it matters, T: is the "default" repository. How can we get rid of these warnings?
This folder is used for storing VM guest OS file indexes. By default, it's located on backup server, but it's possible to change the default location via registry. So, can you tell us whether there is a regkey referring to non-existent location?
Does the article you cited apply for B&R v9.x (9.5 Update 2)? It only cites through v8.x. Assuming so...
The first step says to, "Stop the Veeam Services." Does this mean to stop all services with names that start with "Veeam..." or just the "Veeam Backup Service?" If the device where the VBRCatalog currently resides is permanently offline (we can't move it), can we just change the reg. entry and let Veeam create it anew?

It should still be applicable.
