Veeam Enterprise Manager swich to login page

Hi everybody,

Everything works fine after login to the Veeam Enterprise Manager.
But when we want to select a VM for single file restore the screen switch back to the login page...

...any suggestions what this behavior could be fixed?

we use latest version 9.5u3, we authorize against our ad and use domain admin rights, we have no search server.
