how can get just one report from some vms

Dear all
Hi

i have many vms on my cluster but now i want just get report from 10vms at the end of every month in veeam one in one report i could find an option that can create custom report for each vm and could not find any option for select vms and show the result in one report can i do that ?

Babak,

You can use Business View groups (categorized VMs based on static or dynamic rules) to define VM location and then use this target in the reports you need.

You can either report on group of VMs or select one. Up to you actually

Business View rules allow maximum flexibility.

You can check result in Business View tab.
By the way, besides the automatic rule, you can manually assign objects to BV groups.

baber, it seems that you created a rule for VMS with 4 vcpu, rather than for VMS with more than 4 vcpu

Have you chosen scope of this business view group instead of whole VI.
By the way, what exact report are we talking about?

With Business View you select the group of VMs, not exact VMs.
As was explained above you can check VMs of Business View group in Veeam ONE Monitor.
You didn't name the desired report in previous post. Did you mean Custom performance report?

As was explained above you either move VMs to groups manually or create Business View rules to put VMs into groups.

Other groups have dynamic rules which doesn't allow to categorize objects manually. Why not to use SLA?

all of my group type in categories are dynamic mode how can change all of them to statis mode ?

On the second screenshot it's a list of categories. Groups belong to categories. Group should be under a category.

Looks like you are doing everything correct. It may take several minutes for Reporter to load the created Business View groups, so please check "category 1" in the report once again.
If it's not there, please contact Veeam support team.

that is correct today i see in veeam reporter and has been show group1 but the other problem is when i select 2 vms and change their category to group1 none of them not show in report will hat take an hours such as create category ?

why that take hours?

Business View groups in Reporter and refreshed as often as Reporter collector job runs.
Usually it takes minutes, not hours. You can run the data collection job in Reporter manually.
