Single copy in repository (file level backup)

Hello.

Is someone can tell me how i can just keep 1 version of backed up file in my repository, with file level backup ????

These options allow you to select how full backup will be made, either using active or synthetic job run. If you don't select these options, then backup agent will use forever incremental job mode. Assuming you run your job once a day, then you will have enough restore points to satisfy the selected retention policy (keep backups for the past day).
