Sequence contains no elements error on SQL TLOG Backup

Hi All,

Hope you are doing well..!!
Today we got new error for SQL TLOG Backup on one of the server.
Error is: "Sequence contains no elements"
"Transaction logs for the following databases were not backed up: master;model;msdb;dbm;informatica961_prod_audit;informatica961_prod_domain;informatica961_prod_hts;informatica961_prod_mmbg;informatica961_prod_mrs;informatica961_prod_rdl;informatica961_prod_rep1;informatica961_prod_rep2"

Please help me if any one has idea about this error.

Did the backups work fine before on these databases? If it worked fine I would advise to open a support call to see why this happened.

Yeah. it was resolved.
There was a bug with 9.5 version update 3.
We have installed hotfox on this version. after that issue was fixed.

Thank you for contacting Veeam Support.
As we discussed on the phone, the behaviour is a known issue according to the information you have provided.

Please download the hotfix from the link as below,
#Removed by MOD (Outdated hotfix)

and follow the direction as below, (Do NOT skip any steps as it may need to go back to the original dll some cases)

1. Stop Veeam service
Get-Service veeam* | Stop-Service

2. Rename the original Veeam.Backup.Core.dll in C:\Program Files\Veeam\Backup & Replication\Backup
Rename-Item -Path "C:\Program Files\Veeam\Backup and Replication\Backup\Veeam.Backup.Core.dll" -NewName "Veeam.Backup.Core.dll_orig"

3. Replace Veeam.Backup.Core.dll from the fix;

4. Start Veeam service
Get-Service veeam* | Start-Service

Applying this fix caused the service start to fail.
Did not work anymore => no fix for me...
