Entire Computer Backup Fails

Hi,
I have installed VEEAM Backup and Replication on Windows Server 2016 installed on Baremetal Server.
Installed Windows Agent 2.1 on another Windows Server 2016 installed as VM. Added this Agent installed machine to Backup Server for centralized management.
Both Backup server and Agent server are in the same domain.

When i try to take the Backup of Entire Computer of the Agent VM, Backup operation fails at "Processing VM" stage.
I tried VMWare vSphere Backup of the same machine and it is successful.

Please help me to take "Entire Computer" backup. if there are any configurations to be done before starting the backup job.

Hi,
The backup job doesn't display any any specific error.
The following is what i can see

I have raised a case with respect to Tape Library connectivity issue and the case ID is -02686886.

Please help me resolve the Entire Computer backup issue at the earliest.
