Veeam Agent Won't Start

Not sure what is going on here. I can't stop or start the service, even after a reboot. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, still won't start, it just times out.

I'm guessing I'm going to have to manually delete all files, folders and registry entries? Is there a list somewhere?

If someone can please open a ticket for me that would be appreciated.
