I have a Windows VM on Hyper-V host (NUMA present).
the VM has 6 GB of RAM.
on Summary page, it shows that VM has only 3 GB .
What's wrong?

Ironically, the VM is a VeeamONE monitor machine

Does VM have static or dynamic memory assigned?
Summary page shows memory usage, not configuration of VM.
