Hi everyone... just a quick question: in VBO user guide I read the following definition of "job":
A collection of configuration settings [...] Each job defines what mailboxes to backup and what data to exclude, what repository storage to use (from those associated with the backup proxy), and specifies data collection schedule.
I've noticed 2 thing which make me to reflect:
1- if I want to exclude a folder or a specific kind of data to backup, I need to specify this need in a global options: therefore if I want to, for example, exclude the litigation hold archive, I cannot specify this per job or repository...but per VBO server! Is it correct?
2- there are no retention policies during job definition....becouse r.p. are defined on repository... therefore if I want o use 2 or more r.p. I need to deploy as many proxies. Correct as well?
Thank you all!

Re: Exclusion options
1) Correct, this is currently a global setting.
2) Correct as well, multiple repositories - you can use the same proxy if you use another folder on the same server. For example c:\REPO01, c:\REPO02, d:\REPO03,...

Re: Exclusion options
Hi Luca,
Besides what it is today, what would be your preference based on your needs? Just hearing already for future versions
