Test case:
Windows 7 SP1 x86, AMD CPU (I use Athlon X2, Athlon II X2, A4), 3-4 GB RAM, all updates and KB4093118 (april 2018 update), VA 2.1. One application, what I use, adds IncreaseUserVA 3072 in BCD (bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVA 3072). And this bundle get OS error - Windows has encountered a critical problem and will restart automatically in one minute. If I delete this key from BCD - system works. If I delete update KB4093118 - system works. If I delete VA 2.1 - system works. All three at the same time - system get error.
