Feature Request: Restore SQL Enterprise Portal with relocate

Since there is no fine granular security concept using the backup console we do not allow our users to have access to the backup console for restores. In many cases the enterprise portal functionality is sufficient for them.
The most common reason for asking us for a restore is the following situation:
The user wants to restore a production database to a test environment (different server) and needs to relocate the db files.

It would be a great enhancement if the enterprise portal offers the same functionality as the backup console regarding sql restores.

Yes you can restore to another server using EM. Problem ist you have no control where the new files are generated during restore. They land in the default location of sql server. Doing e.g. a restore of a SAP Prod DB (many db and log files spread over several disks) to a QS system you get into trouble.
The enduser (SAP admin in our example) needs to have the feature to relocate each file of the restored db.
