Slow Full VM restore

Im new to veeam didn't actually set up the server but was using it to restore a vm tonight. It seemed rather slow to me 35MB/s. This is going from a box with samsung evo ssds. Veem is installed on a vm and is the only thing on this box. Drives are in a raid5. Thew two servers are connected to the same switch and both have a 1gbps link. Are there things I can do to increase performance or any guide to point me in the right direction?

What type of repository is used? What transport mode is being utilized to populate the datastore during restore?
