bare restore issue from nas drive

In my client place veeam endpoint is running, suddenly windows server 2012 machine HDD not working right now. I tried to use the veeam Image restore through bare metal. it's showing an error message. how to fix this issue pls help me.

From the top of my head - have you checked firewall port 10001 and credentials that you use to connect to VBR?

Is that a file share or backup repository managed by your Veeam B&R server? If first - try to use Shared Folder as a location for your backup files. Thanks.

I cant check the firewall port. but i am given the correct credentials.

Backup repository using veeam endpoint. Veeam is installed in windows server 2012.
