Veeam installer service is not found

Hello,

It should be an easy and quick solution for this issue.

I have 10 physical servers with veeam agents on them. I used free version, now I am upgrade'ing to server edition and managing veeam agents from veeam backup server.

6 agents have updated successfully. 4 not. I get errors:

I noticed that those servers which were upgraded successfully to paid edition have two veeam services running: VeeamEndpointBackupsvc and VeeamDeploySvc (C:\Windows\Veeam\Backup\VeeamDeploymentSvc.exe -port 6160). Those 4 that I cannot upgrade have only one service running: VeeamEndpointBackupSvc. I tried reinstalling veeam agents on these 4 servers (except sqlDB) but reinstalion did not help. FW is disabled on all servers.


Could I get some help? Any ideas?
