sorry to be a pain, but I am new to Veeam but not to backup SW. Is it possible with Veeam to associate a retention policy for a whole datastore rather than on a per VM basis. I know we are just being lazy here but wanted to min BAU tasks.
You can select a whole datastore as a source for a backup job. All VMs residing on that datastore will be backed up. Is this something you're after? Thanks.
