Hello,
I've created a VM Backup job without Guest Processing and Quiescence. When I run the job a VM snapshot is created. I doesn't want that for a specific VM.
Is it possible to create backups without VM snapshots?

No, VM snapshots are mandatory regardless of the Guest Processing and Quiescence options. Please take a look at this diagram for more info. On a side note, can you please clarify your request? Why are snapshots not desired in your situation?
