We obtained a server license for EndPoint 2.2 to backup a standalone windows system with a SQLServer database.
The backup is configured (application aware) and being made. Great.
How do I perform application level restores on the backups that I made to a local drive?

Re: SQLServer Explorer for EndPoint Backup Server edition
You can do application item restores via Veeam Explorer functionality. This page should shed some light on how to do application level restores.

Re: SQLServer Explorer for EndPoint Backup Server edition
The bespoke backups are located on a local drive. Not in a cloud repository and not in a remote Veeam repository.
The referenced KB article mentions storing backups in a Cloud repository as a pre-condition.
I looked but failed to find any trace of the Veeam Explorers within VEB 2.2.
If I remember correctly, in the past, the Veeam Explorers were a standalone download and install that could be done. On the download page, this is no longer offered as such.

Re: SQLServer Explorer for EndPoint Backup Server edition
Yes, to do application item restores you need to either land your backups in the backup repository or just import these backups to the backup console to start the process. Standalone Explorers are not available.
