3par vss issue

Hey I have different jobs to backup vm's from our hyper v environment.
I use a off host proxy for the backup, this working fine I see it creates vss snapshots on our 3par and when the backup is done it nicelly removes them.
And now the strange thing, I added a second off host backup proxy to the different backup jobs.
when the backup starts it nicelly uses both my offhost proxies, but when de nex offhost proxies backups a vm, it doensn't remove the vss 3par snapshot, like it should.
Any idea?

Hi Carol, Veeam B&R itself doesn't handle snapshots deletion - this is done through VSS framework, with the help of hardware provider, so Veeam B&R might be out of picture here. You can contact Veeam or HPE support for assistance.
